What People Are Saying
The event undoubtedly proved to be a remarkable platform for enrollment professionals, administrators and college president’s alike, fostering invaluable learning and networking opportunities.
They carefully curated agenda catered to the specific needs of enrollment professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of enrollment management.
The opportunities for networking and collaboration created a vibrant and supportive community, enabling attendees to exchange ideas in small sessions, share best practices, and establish long-lasting relationships.
I have attended the Institute for Higher Education for the last three years and experienced it as an attendee, mentor and track leader. I consider it the best professional development opportunity for seasoned and emerging leaders in the field –attended by high achieving and intensely passionate individuals.
There are clear differences between the “Institute” and typical higher education conferences. Conferences often lack a true thematic compass and can only offer requisite sessions, meetings, and networking opportunities by shoehorning them into a massive schedule with little regard for the attendee experience.
Three years later, I am still learning, meeting new, incredible people and coming back to my campus inspired with a notebook filled with ideas.

Vice President for Enrollment
It is the one professional development, think tank, future-forward, networking event I look forward to each year. After years of attending follow-the-leader, tired, recycled learning sessions, and a barrage of sales pitches at other higher education conferences, my participation soon became only about networking, and I even presented at many of these conferences.
The Institute for Higher Education combines the best of everything and includes great keynote presentations with deep dive workshop discussions, planning, critical processing down time and meaningful networking. If you are senior leader wanting to “skate where the puck is going” you need to attend and bring your team.
We have become a close-knit family and exchange ideas and advice throughout the year. Don’t get stuck simply following “best practices” but rather, create best practices. If you want to drive meaningful change, attend The Institute. We live for this!
